Founder & CEO

Hello, I'm Reneca, the founder of New Age Scholars (NAS). With a deep passion for childcare, I established NAS to provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive. With almost two decades of experience in the field, I'm committed to fostering growth and development in every child. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure each child's unique needs are met. Beyond our program, I'm dedicated to supporting our community, including hosting our annual Black History Month fundraiser to celebrate diversity and culture. New Age Scholars isn't just a childcare program—it's a place where families grow, and children flourish under my heartfelt care.

Qa'Lah Hendericks

Hello! I'm Ms. Qa’Lah, excited to be part of the New Age Scholars team! With a background in Early Education and Care from Blue Hills Regional Technical High School, I've been assisting Ms. Neca since April 2023. Teaching is my passion, and here at New Age Scholars, I've learned invaluable lessons in engaging children with age-appropriate learning materials. I love incorporating singing, dancing, reading, and exercise into our daily activities, fostering a love for learning in children. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of your child's journey and for allowing me to advance my experience in early education and care!

I am so excited to be the “newest addition” to the NAS family! Being a mom of four sons, Early Childhood Education has always been very Important to me. After all we are our children’s first teachers! Of course we’d all love to be there every step of the way but when we can’t, it’s comforting to know that there are others willing and able to help along the way. Between the years of 2014-2021, I worked as and Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher in the town of Randolph. Watching children learn and grow has always been one of the highlights of my life. I am pleased to have the opportunity to create new memories with all of your children and I look forward to meeting and working with you all!
